Is there a joining fee?
- There is no joining fee, simply register your email address with us in order to be notified of our great quality deals.
Can I buy deals as gifts?
- Of course, simply click on the “BUY NOW” button – vouchers can be purchased as gifts during checkout, in order to organise full pre-payment please contact the supplier to arrange before gifting the voucher.
How do I buy a deal?
- Simply click on the “BUY NOW” button on any of our deals, this will lead you to the sign in page if you are not already logged in, or if you are not yet a member you will be directed to our registration page. Once signed in you will be directed to the checkout where you can purchase the deal by paying the upfront fee. The remaining payment will be taken by the supplier upon redemption.
How do I pay for the deal?
- Our site offers PayPal and a Visa, Mastercard option at checkout in order to accept your payments. Once you have signed in or registered (first time visitors) you will be provided with the payment options for your deal. We charge an upfront service fee for providing the deal which is to be paid at checkout. The remaining payment for the deal is charged by the supplier upon redemption of the voucher.
How do I get the voucher for the deal I bought?
- The voucher will be sent to your account or registered email address following the deal expiry on the site providing it has been paid in full and the deal has reached its activation target, if you do not receive it please check if your email has filtered it into another file. How do I redeem the voucher?
- Once you have received the voucher in your inbox or account, simply follow the “how to redeem” instructions and go and enjoy the deal.
How long is the voucher valid for?
- Please see voucher for details on expiry, this is stipulated by the supplier of the deal.
What happens if the deal is not activated?
- If the deal does not reach its minimum or activation target then the deal is off – ALL THE MORE REASONS TO SHOUT OUT TO YOUR MATES and ensure that you get the deal.
What if I have bought the deal but it does not get activated?
- If you buy the deal but it sadly does not get activated then as above, the deal is off. However do not despair as you will receive a refund for the upfront service fee that you have paid in order to secure the deal.
Are my payment details secure?
- Of course, we use PayPal due to its secure nature of accepting payments worldwide. Please see PayPal’s website for further information on their security methods.
